School Formal Coming Up. -

I know I'm a bad girl for leaving it all to the last minute (in my defense, we had finals
 ) but our senior/year 12 formal is coming up in a little under a month and I was wondering if anyone knew any places from which I can buy a dress (I don't mind if it's an online store) under a budget. I'll take care of shoes and a clutch.. but I'm a little stuck on make-up. Anyone know of any good formal make-up looks? I've been researching them a lot in my free time, but I'm not sure that the ones I've picked out will suit me.I'll update with a picture soon (on a different computer) but I have really dark hair (almost black), tan-ish skin and dark brown eyes. ANY help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

I don't know places where you could BUY a dress, but from the description you gave us of yourself makes me think you would look really pretty in white, dark green, or red. As for makeup...well I don't have much experience with it, but maybe some light pink? |

Hey
 I think a deep purple or emerald would look fantastic on you. Something with detailing would be great. For the cut of the dress, I would suggest strapless. You can usually find dresses like these in department stores. For makeup, don't over do it. Try to keep it simple. Gloss for your lips, and whatever eyeshadow matches your dress. I don't know the exact color of your skin so I can't recommend a certain blush color so you should head to a department store (they typically have makeups stations) and ask the employee which blush would look best on you.
