Okay so I love my birthday shirt except for the sleeve. Is there a way to remove it or am I stuck with it?

It looks like you could just cut it off, then rip the seams out from the inside. It should look okay but you might need to...like, hem the edge where you ripped it, depending on how it's attached. |

Yeah, I do quite like the sleeve. It adds to the shirt.
I think in the time that you have, cutting it or leaving it are your only options. Unless I am missing something?
