Well first of all he might need to straighten his hair if he gets it cut that way, his is slighty curly which you can tell because its slightly puffy.

I think he could really pull of anything clothes wise. That red shirt looks good on him. Maybe try some v-necks?

He's cute. Honestly, I think he'd look good in more European-style fashion. River Island has some really nice stuff that he'd look good in.

I am a fan of long sleeves on guys.
I think he would look good in flannels.
Dark colors would look better on him. In my opinion.

River Island
Topman
Burton

Maybe he could try having a look online at the sites and see if he likes any of it, I'm sure you can order it online.

hey, i love the hair style thats hes getting/got (the purple one). i think if hes more of an emoy kindof person then leather jackets, black polo necks, band t-shirts, eye liner, skinny jeans. Hell need to straighten his hair to get that look. some guy liner would look cool too. If hes more relaxed then a sort of relaxed street look. skinny jeans tucked into military boots, checked shirts, t shirts, reds/blues/blacks. i personally love the style in the second picture. for that look go to shops like "the reef", "afflecks palace". for the other style kinda cowboy, cool look (urban outfitters, topman, river island ) kind of thing. basicly he could pull it all off. just depends on his personal taste xxx
lol sorry if this was a bit long i like clothes - i write a blog www.pixie-pashion4fashion.blogspot.com um yh lol. hope i helped x
