I don't do this very often. Advice on clothes?

Hello to all you wonderful people.

I was hoping you'd be able to give me some suggestions.

This weekend, I'm planning on going to my friend's party. It's a dress-up party. This was a last minute decision, so I have no outfits planned.

So, what I need is ideas. Preferably, I'd like something easy, that won't take long to do/get, and that won't cost a fortune.

Any ideas who/what I should go as? And how I should do it?

hey is there a theme? ok so im assuming your a girl but im not sure. but if you are a girl then a really easy costume to make is a goddess.
how?
you get two pieces of material preferably the same length then tie/sow/fasten two of the edges together. the smalles sid of the rectangle (well one of the two smalelst) put that fasteing over one of your shoulders. so that on piece of material covers oyur front and the other covers your back. grab a belt and put it around your waist so that the material is secured.
hair
braids, curls, up, down wont really matter
accesories
a gold belt, gold fern or something to hold. gold jewelry, makeup simple but goddes like so big eyes. sandals.

if your a guy you could go as a roman emporor. same thing but add a sort of tinsel/leaf headband halo type thing if you get me. keep sandals. wear a white bedsheet. if you need some more ideas feel free to pm me , ive got laods more xx
its all about making do with what youve got. you could go as like your fave celeb / idol/ movie character. say it was dorothy get a cheap blue dress, red shoes and plaitd and your done. or say it was gok wan, 3d glasses, skinnies, blazer and neck scarf. use your imagination xxx

Girl:
striped top and skirt/dress. black heels/boots/slipons. black headband. mabye some handcuffs. Write a nu,mber on a piece of paper and saftey pin it to the front. black eye makeup. red lipstick
boy:
black pants and white and black top, or both or visa versa. Same thing with the number and/or name. Decorate a base ball cap or old fleecy hat, with black and white. black shoes. hand cuffs. paint on some stubble or something?
make/buy:
you could buy these clothes really cheap, try primark. or you could make them like a dress out a bed sheet if you can sow.

Thanks for the response! Sorry, should've clarified, yes, I'm a girl (for the purposes of this discussion, anyway ).

There's no theme, and a goddess is a really cool idea. I'll see what I can do.
