Permanent makeup, would you do it?

You know how some of you wake up every morning and one of the first things to do is look in the mirror and fix everything that looks wrong to you? Well if you're living in this generation, accepting your flaws probably isn't one of your strong points. Imagine waking up in the morning, and already having full, red lips and eyeliner with long eyelashes, already done!!

Apparently, one of the new things is permanent make up. That is, tattooing lipstick or tattooed eyeliner. Even eyebrows! No more waxing ladies Here are a few pictures.





I personally think it's really ridiculous. The entire point of makeup is so that you can change it up, right? Oh wait. No, it's so you look pretty. Girls, you're already pretty. No need to permanently change that. Just get plastic surgery if you're that ugly

I don't think I'd do it. Some days I don't even like wearing make up and I'd be so nervous to let any sort of tattoo-ish needles come anywhere near my eyes.

Plus the fact that you wouldn't be able to change it. What if one day you decided you wanted to use blue eyeliner but you've already got some black tattooed on? You're a bit stuck then.

I change the way I do my make-up every day so I wouldn't even be able to pick out what kind I'd want. Not to mention I enjoy putting it on

A family friend actually does permanent make up as her job, she tattoos it on people's face. xD I would NEVER do it. I like changing my make up every day. Plus, your face gets wrinkles, imagine how it'd look in a few years?

The permanent lip liner looks awful in that picture in my opinion.
I wouldn't get permanent makeup.
However, if I had super thin eyebrows and I had to draw them in everyday, I would consider tattooing eyebrows on. But my eyebrows aren't super thin, so I see no reason for me to get permanent makeup.

I'd never do that. I wouldn't want tattoo ink so close to my eyes and mouth, and knowing my luck it probably wouldn't get infected, and it's not like it's an infection somewhere hidden, it's your face by your eyes and mouth. The lip liner looks bad there, and on the rare occasions I do wear makeup, I like to change it up.

ew wouldn't that start looking disgusting as you got older??! I like wearing makeup, but also love the feeling of washing it off at the end of the day :P sometimes it's nice to just look natural haha. If I knew someone who looked all made up and perfect ALL the time, especially first thing in the morning, or when swimming or working out or something, I'd probably be a bit freaked out!

I'd consider tattooing my eyebrows on since I have the WORST habit of screwing them up. I've always been EXTREMELY self-conscious of them. But everything else... no. I don't even look good with eyeliner on

I have to admit that it'd be nice waking up in the morning and already having make up on. I'd feel naturally pretty I just like to change my make up too often.

I change my makeup, too. But I DON'T change my eyebrows unless I screw them up by overplucking. If I tattooed them on, then that would save me the hassle

If I had super thin eyebrows I'd consider it. My eyelashes always look as if I have mascara on, even when I don't. Sometimes with what I use for eyeshadow I can't use eyeliner on my bottom lid because it looks too dark. I have way too much fun putting on my make-up anyway, I could never do that. But, I can understand why some might. I think that would be something my sister would do, she always wears the same black eyeliner and mascara no matter what, so it'd work for her.

How does the tattooed-on mascara work anyway?

I have no idea, I'm not sure you can get tattooed mascara...

But, perhaps I'd be more inclined to do it if tattoo removal was easier and less expensive. Or maybe if they had like. Semi-permanent make up, that lasted like. As long as hair dye, you know?

Hell no. I like being fresh faced in the mornings ... and quite often I prefer not to wear make up.
And for the record, I think those lips look gorss :/

No, I would NEVER get this, because I like experimenting with my slap. Having it as a perminant fixure would ruin that... but... no more spending silly amounts of makeup I suppose!

I always twitch putting eyeliner on and end up with some big black glob floating around in my eye a couple hours later that people point out. So, I think I'd be too afraid that the tattoo needle would like permanently tattoo that glob in my eye xD

Well the lips are ugly.. But i would concider the eye brows only because my eye brows do funny stuff and wont look the same but I love doing my actual make up and doing fun colours so the rest is out and i never use lip liner any way

Noo way. First of all, getting my face all tattoo'd is just scary. Plus, I love changing up my makeup! What if I wanted to go with a different color scheme? What if my style changes, then I'm stuck as an elderly person who wears the makeup of a young adult.

Haha I find it weird that this is possibly the only tattoo I would consider. Not the lip-liner or eyeliner because I don't wear either much anyway. But I do draw my eyebrows on because they're really blonde (with varying degrees of success depending on how much of a hurry I'm in) so I guess I would consider that.

Stuff like this honestly kind of ticks me off. We should be accepting ourselves the way we are, not having to get makeup tattooed on to feel beautiful. To me there's something even more beautiful in people when they don't wear makeup. It's their natural selves, and the fact that they aren't afraid to show that to people is beautiful in itself. To take that away would take away from someone's real, natural beauty.

Personally, I would never do it. I rarely wear makeup as it is, I prefer being able to not wear it at times. I think it is just odd idea, and I don't know.

Though, I actually know someone who has her eyebrows tattooed on. I never knew till she told me. It looks normal.

The thought of anything permanent on my skin makes me unsure.

Besides, your face shape changes as you age, as does your skin's tone and elasticity.

Therefore, the make-up you get now might not look so great in 10 years.

Plus, is it really that hard to draw on eyebrows every day (if that's what you do)?
