I was shaving my legs earlier and I've cut them loads I thought it might be the razor so I changed it for a brand new one for my second leg, which helped a little bit. I'd expect a couple of little nicks on my knees, but this is all over my claves Any tips on avoiding cutting my legs so much next time i do them?

This happens to alot of people hun so don't worry! razors with replaceable blades are good since you can change them regularly. Also sometimes on legs you can get ingrowing hairs and that can make your legs bleed. Also from previous shaving little scabs can be left so they will rip off making your legs bleed. Also shaving at a strange angle can cut you. If shaving is really hurting you why don't you use hair remover?? it only takes 10 minutes =] xxx

Cheap razors will do that. Get a men's razor. They are a bit more expensive but they last longer and they are made better. I never use a women's razor.

Try not to press down too much on the razor, otherwise you're slicing your skin off basically. Get a decent razor with safety guards rather than disposable ones, much more smooth then!
Also, the newer they are, the sharper they will be so ease the pressure you put on them. ![]() When your feet are made of stone And you're convinced that you're all alone Look at the stars, instead of the dark You'll find your heart shines like the sun |

I agree with using men's razors as they are better then women's ones. As well as that, I'd recommend taking your time, if you rush it you're probably going to end up nicking yourself a bit more then you would if you went slow and use shaving foam.

Let warm/hot water run down your legs for a bit before shaving to help soften the skin and get it moisturized. Ever try shaving with dry skin? Not fun.

Kind of hold the razor straight down with a little bit of a tilt inwards.
Never shave going down, always shave up Don't put too much pressure when shaving Don't use really cheap razors, I occasionally use my dad's if I'm out. Make sure you're using a shaving gel or creme. I hope this helped
