In this case, less is more. You really don't want to pluck too much. I just pluck a little under my eyebrows to get rid of stray hairs and to define the arch of them. It took me a little while to find a flattering arch for my face, and I have played around a little.
Also try using slant-nosed tweezers, because they don't pinch as much.
You can probably find some sort of article online, too.

I'd highly suggest going to a professional and having them do it for you the first time, if not for a couple of times. I've been plucking/waxing/threading since I was about 12 and I still have issues with it. You can also find lots of videos on YouTube about plucking. I think this is one of the first ones I watched: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PugziVUikEg

Its good to start plucking in-between your eyebrows first. Start in the very center. When you start to pluck closer to your brow, take it slow and stop every once in a while to look and make sure your not plucking too much.

As for under your brows, start with the stray ones that really look like they don't belong. Continue looking at the other brow and try and make sure they look as symmetrical as possible.

Also, use a good tweezer. For me, the smaller it is the better. The bulky ones are just too uncomfortable and I feel like I make more mistakes using it. Make sure you have a lot of light on your face, and if you have a lighted up mirror that's even better.

If this doesn't help, check out youtube! They make GREAT videos that would give you awesome tips while showing you at the same time. Have fun!

When someone apologizes enough times for something they'll never stop doing I think its fearless to stop believing them. I think its fearless to say "Your NOT sorry" and walk away.

I'm terrible with plucking, so I can't help you there

What I normally do is pluck when I need to, and get them threaded every-so-often (usually when I really need it or before a something important-like a family get-to-gather or a school dance). I love giving it threaded because it is cheap, and the ladies shape it well.

Sometimes all you need to do is sprinkle a little glitter on someone's raincloud to blend them a rainbow.

For me, plucking right after I shower or wash my face is best. My skin is clean and it's a lot less painful to pull the hairs out. The only other tips I have are find some good tweezers, and pluck sparingly! It's much easier to go back and fix your eyebrows up if you don't do enough, rather than if you over-pluck.

Follow the curve of your eye brow. Make sure you pull the hairs out the way they're curved, the other way might cause irritation. Best to do it after you've washed your face with warm water.

I would definitely suggest going to a professional the first time, they will give you a nice shape and then you can just keep that shape neat at home as the hairs start to grow through again.
