permanent wavy hair - July 12th 2012, 06:38 PM

http://www.google.co.in/imgres?q=wav...r:16,s:0,i:189

my hair is impossible. it's too thick. I can't leave it open if I don't blow dry it or straighten it. I got permanent straightening done 3 years back and now it's all gone. I don't want to get it done again because I'm bored of it. Can I permanently get wavy hair like that in the picture? is it possible? they have to straighten it first and the use a curling iron at the bottom

You'd have to get a really loose perm. I don't think they can make it that loose at first, you'd have to get tighter waves/curls and as time goes on they would slowly fall out and eventually you'd get hair like that.
You should bring that picture into your hair stylist and see what she thinks. You might be able to get a loose perm and then just blown dry it with a paddle brush and get something similar to that.

And here you are living, despite it all.

that's a good idea. but, my hair is a bit curly so I think they have to permanently straighten it at first, right?
