Red Hair Dye - October 8th 2013, 09:12 PM

Hi guys,

So I've dyed my hair red before, but it was a very vibrant ruby color. I'm thinking about dying my hair an auburn color this time, so I was wondering if anyone knows any good box dye shades that look semi natural but still pretty? I have a job that is fairly lenient, but I think they would prefer if I kept it mostly natural looking.

And here you are living, despite it all.

Hey there,

A couple of good dye shades in boxes are L'oreal and another brand called Nice 'N Easy. However, L'oreal can be kind of confusing since there are many different shades of auburn, but be sure to read the box labels before you purchase it to make sure it's what you want. I've also heard from some people that Revlon has pretty good auburn shades that fit the natural flow. But yeah, I'd recommend looking around a local store such as Walgreens, CVS, or Ulta for it, Hope this helps, good luck!

Are you sure you want it? Natural hair is the best!

I definitely love L'Oreal! Worked fairly well for me. But yeah, you have to really look at the box and read the description and make sure it's the one you want. There's a lot of shades of red and brown...
