Angry Strands of hair falling out when pushing hands through hair - October 30th 2014, 11:06 AM

Hi guys thank you for viewing my post

I have bangs at the front short hair at the back I often see strands of hair falling out of my bangs. I do not mean loads of hair I mean the smallest of strands of hair. Yesterday loads came out about 8 strands and it's starting to worry me l already 1 came out this morning and I have only just got up. I have not washed my hair in probably over a year because I feel that it destroys the hair but my hairs never dirty cause I look after myself. Should I be worried or is this a normal thing?

Take care of yourself guys thanks for reading

It's completely normal for some hair to naturally fall out. Longer hair is more prone because of the weight, brushing and increased stress that the follicles undergo. If you're noticing like..big clumps of hair coming out then consult your physician. But yes, hair comes out every day, especially when you're combing through it with your hands.

We all lose about 100 hairs a day. If you don't comb or brush your hair then it can get stuck when it weakens and that's why they come out when you brush your hands through your hair. It's totally normal and happens to me sometimes, too.

And here you are living, despite it all.
