Does anyone have bleach blonde hair?
I have very blonde hair, which a fair amount of bleach highlights. But I want it to be bleach blonde, very light hair. Has anyone got this colour hair? And how did you manage to get it? Is it easy to maintain?

I'd really like my hair to go lighter, but using a blonde dye, this is as light as it'll get. Unless I bleach all over, which I don't think is a good idea as it damages the hair so much.

So does anyone have any good advice?

I'm pretty sure the only way you can get it that light is if you pretty much bleach all of your hair. And from what I've heard, no the upkeep isn't easy. Girls that I know who have their hair bleach blonde have to go get their roots done like every two weeks.

Re: Does anyone have bleach blonde hair?
My mothers a hairdresser so I have all the supplies in my house, so doing it often wouldn't be a problem. My hair at the moment is the lightest blonde dye you can get, without going blonde. So it's not like it's not blonde enough.

The only problem is that because I've already got bleach highlights, if I were to bleach all over, some places would have twice the amount of bleach on them, and would therefore be a lot more damaged. And I can't risk losing any hair or it going orange, been there done that!

Thanks :)

Hahaha meeee too. I've had orange hair as well. Not good.
You can take biotin to help keep your hair healthy so it hopefully wouldn't get damaged as much :)

Well perhaps bleach some spots? Like, probably the underside would be best. Volume 30 bleach should do since you already have it blonde, but if your roots are very dark, maybe Volume 40 Bleach would be best for that..?

Keep in mind, if you try on the underside and the hair gets very damaged, it's not visible. If it doesn't get damaged, you can do the rest.

Re: Does anyone have bleach blonde hair?
I had bleach blond hair last summer (my original hair color is brown) and for me (because of my brown hair) it was a hassle to keep up cause the roots would always grow out quickly and dark.

It's not that difficult to keep up as long as you don't naturally have a dark hair color. Good luck! :)

(If you have a root color that you don't want growing out, I'd suggest thinking about if you're sure you want it. Because the more you bleach your roots the worse it is for your hair.)
