As the person above said you could always get it thinned. And I guess you could always get layers

I can't think of any other suggestions to give you without knowing the length really

My hair is reasonably thick. If you get layers put in then it will become thinner but it depends what sort of style you want it in

Layer it or get it thinned. I love my hair. Its very thick and curly. Do you like big bed head hair? Its easy with thick hair.

Mine is thick too
You can get it layered
You can straighten your hair
You can curl your hair
You can braid it

Oh I have some very thick hair as well. It all depends on the kinds of looks you want. I usually straighten mine and then style it, it helps a lot. A great thing I love to do with it because it is thick and straightening takes a lot of time, is when I get out of the shower I put my hair in a towel for a few minutes, then take it out. Then put some mouse, gel, and hair spray in it and crunch it. Its really easy, takes ten minutes and turns out great.

I'm a guy and have very thick hair, but I get my hairstylist to use thinning scissors

I'm not sure if it is the same for girls

I also have really thick hair, and all that I can really do with mine it put it in a ponytail, or leave it down. But that's all I'm really apt to do with anyone's hair, including my own.
For thick hair it's sometimes really hard to style every day, so you could try getting a cute cut for it that allows you to not have to mess with it much. Straightening it takes forever in my opinion, but I know that lots of people with thick hair love to straighten it. Just make sure to take real good care of your hair if you decide to do anything too drastic.

noo, don't get it thinned! you can do LOADS with thick hair. especially seeing as you have a bit of length. what kind of style do you have it cut in? maybe a few long layers will make it easier to style?
