Hair... - April 10th 2012, 06:37 AM

Idk if this goes In this category. A month or so ago I go my hair cut, they lady butcherd it and now I want it to grow down to my shoulders so I can wear it up at least cuz right now it's at my jawline. Anyone have an advice on what I can do for my hair to change it or make it grow??

I don't really think there's a quick fix to makin hair grow faster, but what you can do is keep it well nourished. Wash it regularly with warm water (not hot) to boost the natural oils in your scalp to be released. Also make sure you eat healthy and avoid fatty foods which can prohibit hair growth.

Good Luck!

Heat can make hair grow faster. It won't do much, but wearing hats can help. Other then that, the only thing you can really do is keep it healthy so you don't end up having to cut a lot off if you get split ends.

And here you are living, despite it all.

As a rule, hair grows about 1/2 an inch every month (Six inches a year). Which isn't really that much when you think about it. So looking after your hair is really important. Try to stay away from harsh chemicals such as colour dyes - they could make your hair dry and brittle.

Normally, a healthy, balanced diet with lots of vitamin B, Iron and protein will help your hair to grow. (Fun fact: Did you know that your hair is a protein made by your body?) So watch what you eat. Drink water regularly to flush out any harsh chemicals and ensure your body is well hydrated.

I did a bit of research and this link might give you some pretty useful information and tips. I know I'm definitely going to try some of them: http://www.howtomakehairgrowfaster.com/

I hope this helps!
