Well, I've had my ears done before but they always got infected when I had them done with the gun method and the fact that I'm allergic to Nickel makes it hard for me to get them done cheaply. So I'm wanting to get them done at a piercing shop where they use the needle.
A piercing shop near me will do discount piercings if you bring your own jewellery so I'm just wondering what sort of bar would I need? I know I'll have to buy a titanium one but there's all these things about gauge etc. and I'm clueless. What size do I need just for a normal lobe piercing?  |

Normal lobe piercings are 18/20 guage. Most likely it is an 18 guage
