Recipe for a Fantastic Day! - September 15th 2012, 06:03 AM

Everyone has good days and bad days and we have to learn to take it all in stride. Personally I've found a few small things can make an average day Amazing!

A FANTASTIC DAY

1 compliment to a Random stranger
2 good laughs at just about anything
1 silent prayer
1 good work out

Every day I try to do all of these things...A compliment to a random stranger could brighten someone's day and lets face it it'll brighten yours a little too. At least 2 good laughs ensure that you're not taking yourself too seriously. A silent prayer(for the religious at least) just to be thankful for the blessings in your life, even on a crumy day, and to ask for help along your path. And for the fitness enthusiest nothing makes a good day great or a bad day better like a good long run or an hour at the gym, theres nothing better than endorphines.

.....Those are my tips for making every day the best it possibly could be!

Thanks for telling us this! I think I'll have to try it out. It does feel good to compliment people and have a laugh.

Thanks for sharing these tips. I've recently started up with the daily workout thing again and it definitely helps me feel better...when I'm not in a ton of pain from pushing myself too hard.

wanderlust consumed her;
foreign hearts & exotic minds compelled her.
she had a gypsy soul
and a vibrant heart for the unknown.
