This past week has been horrible for me and I got very close to messing up 9 months and 11 days of SH free.

One friend (a Th'er) told me to toss last tool that I had. It was very hard for me. But I did it just now. It took me like 3 days to finally throw it out.

Now I hope things begin to go better for me.

I really want to make it to a year. This may just be the hardest I have ever done. But I will do this.

Well done on both making it 9 months and throwing it away. They are both great achievements and I believe that you can make it a year. You've managed over half a year now, it isn't many more months till you get to a year and I'm sure it'll be worth the ups and downs <3

That is great that you through away what you self harm with because that can't have been easy. You can make it to a year :-) You have got this far so keep going and take each day at a time then it might seem slightly more managable.
