I've had some great news today. I submitted a paper to give a lecture at a conference my university is hosting next semester. Not only has it been accepted, but I've also been selected to chair another group of papers in the conference. As far as one of the Professors has told me, I'll be the first ever MA student to be a chairperson in a conference that the university had held. And that means that even though I'm only a master's student, I'll be opening the discussion on topics that PhD students and Professors will be speaking about.
