Ebay Seller Question - July 4th 2013, 06:04 PM

Hi!

So I sell stuff I don't want on ebay whenever they have a free insertion fees weekend. I sold some stuff last weekend and the auction ended on Sunday evening.

Now, most of the people have paid and I've sent their stuff but there's 3 buyers who still haven't paid even after I sent them an invoice. How long would you leave it before you just cancel their purchases? I tried looking around ebay to see if they had any guidelines but I couldn't find any.

Thanks in advance!

Here is where you can select your problem. I can't personally access it because I'm not signed it so I couldn't give you anymore information than the link. But I think that if they haven't paid, just cancel the transaction & trying selling it to someone else. I don't think there should be any set time limit since it was basically an agreement that they would pay when they clicked "buy" or "bid".
