Loneliness If you're feeling lonely, isolated or down and need support and encouragement, this is a forum for you.
Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Luckily, this site has a lot of great resources that can help you talk to a wide variety of people. I think a great option for you would be to check out the Chat Room. There are usually plenty of people there who are willing to talk. There are also people like me who are Buddies on the site and you can always PM us if you're looking for someone to talk to. You did a great job at reaching out through the forums. If you want to talk, please don't hesitate to PM me. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with!
In addition to what Sydney has said, we also have LiveHelp. LiveHelp is better for one-on-one conversations, if you're not comfortable asking in chat or you think it's too triggering to discuss in chat. Unfortunately, it's not always online like chat is, but it's an option to keep in mind. I'm also here if you want to chat.
Welcome to Teenhelp!! I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling this way. There are many ways you can obtain support and advice on this site, such as the support forums and chat room along with other ways. Here is a link which explains all of the site's features. Hope this helps. You are certainly more than welcome to PM/VM me anytime if you need someone to talk to.
