its me herder123 and forgot my dam password i did reset it but didn't get a email pls help wanna get my account back

Sorry to hear your account loss! Perhaps resend the email? and check spam/junk folder, or just wait it out and see if it eventually comes through, might just be struggling to get through to you atm. Or if In else cases, email the people running the site.

Unfortunately, TeenHelp's email system is down so at the moment, you wont be able to receive any email from TeenHelp. Perhaps you could wait until the emails work again or contact Rob?

Don't think there is a time table for when the email service is back up. Rob is the admin of this site.

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging in. As Holly said, unfortunately there is an email issue with the site right now which is why HelpLINK is offline. And as far as I know, no one is sure when the email issues will be sorted out. But I'm sure it will be sorted out at some point obviously!

The best thing you can do currently is contact Rob via the link that Ellie has provided in her post.
We have no idea when the email issues will be sorted out however Rob should be able to assist you in changing the password and regaining access to the account.

I am going to close this thread since a resolution has been found but if you have any questions you can PM me and we can discuss reopening the thread if needed.
