Question. - September 3rd 2016, 02:43 AM

Hello,
I am not aware of what I am allowed to say on here, so I will not discuss any of the circumstances. However, "Catlady" left me her information and I wanted to know if there was a way to take this account down. If there is someone I could contact? Needless to say the family wishes for all accounts to be closed.
Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately we are unable to close or delete accounts on TeenHelp. However, you can remove any identifiable information from your profile, this can be done by clicking the 'User CP' which is at the top left of the TeenHelp page, then click edit your details which will enable you to remove any details that have been given.

Please feel free to PM me if you have any further questions.

The advice given is helpful so I have nothing to add to that, however I hope everything is okay and that nothing is wrong with her. It's a shame to see her go, but I wish you all the best.

Hey,

I've moved this thread to the General forum since it didn't really fit where it originally was.

Additionally, since your question has been answered and no further advice can be offered, I'm going to close this. If you have any more questions you are welcome to Private Message me.

Best,
Oliver.
