Hi Sam!
 I hope you are well. I can only guess that the former user was from Teenhelp? Silly question but could you contact them via Teenhelp, Facebook, etc? If not, you can contact a member who is on staff to message them to see if they are OK? If you don't mind me asking, what makes you worry about them? Have they given any hints to say that they are in trouble? I hope this helped. If you need anything, my inbox is always open. |

Hey, I am sorry to hear you are worried about your friend. Is there any way you can reach out to them? Do you still have their contact information, whether that be on social media, e-mail, or phone number? You say you haven't spoken in a while, but it wouldn't hurt to reach out to them if you are able to. After all, you are worried about them. I'm sure they would appreciate hearing from you.
