Re: New Years Resolution.

I don't make New Year's resolutions. :nosweat: I tend to just make small goals to keep me on track.

1. Maintain exercise and diet.
2. Assign myself one simple task to complete per day (to help me feel productive).
3. Work on some new class routines for when I return to the gym.
4. Improve my online business.

Re: New Years Resolution.

I don't do new year's resolutions nor do I believe in them.

They put a lot of pressure on a person and only sets them up for disappointment when it doesn't work out.

I believe in setting realistic tasks and goals to be done throughout the year, and routine check-ins.

Re: New Years Resolution.

I heard someone today say they don't do resolutions, they do intentions, and I really liked that. So here are some of my intentions for 2021:

- To find a new job
- To take care of myself more, spend time on myself, and put me first once in a while
- To read more (aiming for 20 books, more would be nice too though!)
- To be healthier - honest to god I say this every single year though but if any year can put health into perspective it's 2020 D:

Maybe to learn to drive but that's been my resolution for like three years.

Eat healthier/lose weight

I say this almost every year. Before, it was to prevent becoming overweight, now I actually need to lose some. So far, I've cut down on junk food. I doubt it's working yet, but I haven't had very many cravings which is a complete shock to me.
