When you're making a new thread, under 'Additional options' there is the option of "Post a poll", simply tick that box and choose how many options you would like in your poll.

1) Go into the forum that you would like to make the poll in.
2) Select "New Thread" at the top left of the forum.
3) Write the title/body of your poll (not the actual poll options though - just the question and any other information).
4) Before you submit the thread, you should see the last option that says something like "Add a poll". Select 'yes' and indicate how many options you want your poll to have.
5) Submit the thread.
6) You will then be brought to a page where you will be allowed to create your poll (add a title and options).
7) Then, simply submit it. [:

Nice job explaining, both of you.

For future reference, OP, please check the FAQ section before posting a thread. We do, indeed, have an FAQ on how to post a poll, which can be found here: TeenHelp.org Support Forums - FAQ: Reading and Posting Messages.

Judging from your latest thread on the election, though, it seems as though you have it figured out, so I believe I'm going to close this thread.

If anyone disagrees, shoot me a PM and I'll be happy to discuss it with you.
