They were really popular where I lived in 2004/2005. I never got the hang of them myself but my friend always made me some  I just found my old book explaining how to make them, I may give them another go again.

Yeah, I remember them! I was able to make really big ones and ones that wents round pencils. I used to sell them at school. Good times.

I remember things like these, but I don't think they were ever called skoobies in the US. Now I'm going to drive myself crazy trying to remember what they're called here! But I remember that when I was in brownies years ago they always did crafts with these things.

Oh yeah I remember those! I used to make loads, and try and sell them with my cousins. Those were the days!
I make them these days too, but I use sweety strawberry laces. But I never get to the end of making them because I eat them xD |

Yes!! Haha, I used to love them. It took me ages to get the hang of it but I'm such a fiddler so they were my kind of thing

Oh yeah. = ] They hit here a few years ago, and last year I got back into them.
I started off doing it circular, but not intentionally; everyone else was doing squares, and I was like 'Oh no, I'm doing it wrong' but then people started admiring me 'cause they couldn't do circular ones. Yeah, I'm that cool. ; p |
