I've actaully always had a fear of this and I know other friends of mine have always worried about their dads doing this as well. My dad has changed, he had a porn addiction and I know that he used to masterbate and stuff rather than be with my mom, so I've always been distant from him. I really don't think he did or ever would but I did find some stuff of kids my age and it really bothered me. I don't think it's common that this happens, but I do think some people worry about it happening in the back of their mind. My dad has never done anything to make me think that he did. But our relationship did suffer because of it so yea... bad, bad, thing. That stuff can ruin families.

I have a a fear of this too.It's sad that many dads are capable of going this.We aren't safe even in our own homes.Sometimes it sucks to be a young girl.

It is not the question that bothered me (or I would assume, others). It is the fact that you seem unwilling to listen to anyone who doesn't agree with you. And that you have been basically insisting that all of our fathers and male friends/family members are like this. Honestly, I think we would know the males in our life far better than you, and I find your view of males very offensive.

Would you mind explaining what the point of the question was then? I was under the impression that you wanted to know if this was common. We have all answered that, so I don't quite see darkinnocenteyes understood any more than the rest of us.

Was this directed at me? I was not being rude, I am being honest. Krayn is presenting his/her opinion as fact and it is misleading. I would hate for someone to come on here, read what Krayn has been saying, and start thinking that her dad would do this when it is simply not true. I'm sorry about whatever happened that caused you have this view towards men, because I know for a fact that there are very few men that do this. I have never met anyone who would even think of doing this.

I know it’s not really easy to ask questions about such taboo things. So it’s nice to see that if you have the question you can find a way to get an answer. And quite frankly, I think you have gotten it. Like I said in my last post this is not a common thing. And while I am sure this happens out there somewhere in the world, it is not common and it is not healthy or normal.
