thankyou for being such an incredible role model. you have inspired me to carry on with pe at uni due to your love and enthusiasm during lessons. thankyou for being so supportive with my winterguard, boosting my confidence and allowing me to perform as part of my a level. wouldnt of happened if it wasnt for you. you have been really helpful with my coursework and im glad to have a teacher and a friend like you.

What you've written sounds good to me.. apart from a few minor changes i've made;
