I dont know but its happened to me before and i always wonder why do girls look at other girls? like the other day this girl look at me from head to toe and its happened to me a few times, i uderstand when a guy does it but what's up whn a girl does it?Has it happened to you?have you done it to someone?

Well... I'm bi, so I quite enjoy looking at girls.
 But, as for other girls... I dunno. Perhaps some girls are jealous? But that still can't account for all girls. Huh. I've never noticed that.

I glance at people, but girls may stare at other girls for a variety of reasons.
1. They may think you look familiar. 2. They may be bi/lesbian so they may find you attractive. 3. They may like something you are wearing or how your hair is done so they stare it. etc.

Theres actually a lot of reasons that somebody could be doing this.
-They're intersted in what they're wearing -They think they're pretty or look cute(not in a sexual way) -They are attracted to them -Women naturaly compare themselves to other women -The look familiar -And then theres me who tends to just zone out everyonce in awhile and it just so happens to happen while looking at somebody

I'm also Bi so when I do that it's basically because I am checking the girl out, but I don't stare at them. I also compare myself to girls that are a lot prettier than I am. I know that other girls look at me because of what I look like (not in a good way). But there honestly are so many other reasons a girl could be doing this.

Other girls stare at me too and sometimes give me mean looks when I don't even know them = it's odd!
 so i'm not really sure, sorry that this wasn't that helpful.. I wonder the same thing.

Normally because I like their outfit and am making a mental image so I can reproduce it myself

As people have said already, there is a countless amount of reasons why they could be looking at you or anyone else for that matter. I wouldn't worry about it though, I'd take it as a good thing because there is probably something about you that catch their eye.
