I used to do this all the time. Send random texts talk to people on msn messenger. One time I told my friend to save me I also used to be a pretty bad sleepwalker. One time I went outside and started riding my bike. I sleep talk all the time as well. The other night my friend said I was humming. So yup I do a lot.

I used to do that a lot.
It started because this weird nighttime medication the doctor put me on, but even after I stopped taking it I still did weird things.

I would talk, walk, eat, call people, text people.
One time in my sleep I even changed out of my pajamas and into the clothes I was going to wear the next day. It was a little strange to find when i woke up. Hahah.

I might be crazy.
But have I told you lately that I love you?
You're the only reason that I'm not afraid to fly.

I do not do anything, my sister is crazy and does though, one time she woke me and told me I needed to get off the airplane. I wanted nothing more then to beat her.

Re: does anybody else do weird things in their sleep? - April 8th 2011, 07:16 AM

I snore louder than a muscle car with a damaged muffler and am an incredibly deep sleeper to the point where I've had someone accidentally step on my face without waking up, although my jaw was quite sore in the morning. When I was younger I used to sleepwalk and several times tried to make food but apparently I missed the stove so everything kept going on the floor. I've also ended up in the shower putting soap on myself but I woke up because I poured the shampoo onto my head but most went in my eyes. Once I woke up, I had to take a shower anyway lol.

A few times, again when younger, walked out the front door sleepwalking and I fell over the full trash cans at the edge of the driveway making a hell of a loud noise and mess. My parents woke up, got me back in but didn't bother cleaning the mess up on the ground. Another time I walked out the front door and got sprayed by a skunk. A few other times I fell down the stairs (we have a good amount of stairs) and that woke me up so I went back to bed.

Several times I managed to bash face-first into my parent's bedroom door over and over, which woke them up and apparently they asked what I wanted then told me to go back to bed and I did.

The last time I sleptwalked, which was several years ago, I woke up in the family room in my chair (I have mine, father has his, mother usually has the couch) trying to do math problems for an up-coming test but the solutions looked like line-drawings a drunken person would do.

Apparently each time I've gone sleepwalking, I never talked during it. After sleepwalking outside a few times, my parents put some bells out by the front door that jingled very loud so they're know I was out for a stroll.

I haven't done sleepwalking in years although I do still snore something fierce. Then again, the entire family does, my father, my mother (rarely) and the dog, who actually snores quite loud for a dog. In the rest of my family, one of my uncles snored so loud my aunt wore earmuffs to bed while she snored. I don't think there's anyone in my family who doesn't snore loud.

I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.

I use to sleepwalk, and I think I've talked once or twice but other then that, I don't think I do anything weird in my sleep. My brothers talk in their sleep sometimes as well.

I definitely talk in my sleep if I'm very tired. I used to somehow turn myself around in my sleep, I'd wake up facing the other direction. My best friend says she was talking to her mom when I slept over and I kept answering all her questions....

But I have a feeling I only do that when I'm extremely tired.

I snore...loudly apparently. My brother claimes he 'doens't have a beyblade' once...That was funny to hear at 11 o clock at night.

A friend of mine swore at me in her sleep. We had a sleepover and she turned over, crossed one leg over the other one and put her two fingers up at me. Pretty funny.

The only strange thing I've done before is I reached over, turned my lamp on, and went back to sleep. Don't sleep walk, don't talk in my sleep, and I usually stay pretty still in my sleep.

I fell asleep the other night while "What not to wear was on," my roommate made comment about it and I was answering her questions and commenting back. I know I was asleep. but yeah I have a bad habit of talking in my sleep.I swear one of these times it'll be caught on camera.

Re: does anybody else do weird things in their sleep? - April 8th 2011, 05:09 PM

I've woken up with my light on before when I specifically remembered falling asleep in the dark. What scared about that was that it was my lamp, and because I'm short I had to stand up on my bed to reach the switch since it's up high, that could have ended badly.
My brother talks. We share a room on holiday and once he woke up and stared straight at me. So I asked him what he was staring at and he started going about how "it's not right, you have to fix it" but he wouldn't say what was wrong. Eventually I told him it was fine, I'd fix it in the morning. He just nodded, turned over and started snoring again.

I don't think I do anything weird anymore but when I was younger I did some silly stuff.

I used to sleep walk and if I fell asleep on the sofa I'd generally wake up in bed with no clue how I got there. My mum used to say she just 'woke me up' and I'd walk off to bed on my own.

Also, this one time I'd fell asleep on the sofa and then I walked up to bed and I was trying to get my pyjamas on and getting really upset when I couldn't get them on. My mum came up to see what was wrong and apparently I was trying to put my dolls clothes on

I once punched my aunt in the nose while I was asleep, because there were coyotes in the garden in my dream, and me and my grandpa were trying to chase them out before they ate all the corn... No comments, please. Lol. I've did several other things like that, too, where I strike out at someone in my sleep.

Oh, yeah, and one time I said: "Who wrote the Declaration of Independence?" And then I answered myself with: "Ben Franklin!" This while I was asleep.

However, most of the time I tend not to sleep very deeply, more like dozing. A person could just say my name really quietly and I'd be aware enough to reply, and if I talk to myself while in that state, I immediately know to shut up. The only times I sleep very deeply are nights when I'm dreaming, and that's about the only time I'm completely asleep.

I talk in my sleep when I'm sick. And I say really random things, like "Two Chinese in a shop, ca-ching!" It's loads of fun for my sister, who shares a room with me... ^^;

Also, when I wake up from a dream sometimes, I'll be really determined to do something, like eat yogurt or find a pencil. For no reason.

Oh! And when I was younger I'd roll out of bed but I wouldn't wake up.

apparently i like to take off clothing while i'm asleep. i'll go to bed wearing a t-shirt, panties, and sweat pants and wake up either naked or just in undies. it's kind of a weird feeling, but i think i just get uncomfortable or hot during the night. my boyfriend likes it, too. (i have been doing this longer than we've been together).

I have been told that I sometimes talk in my sleep about completely random things that make no sense but if someone talks to me while I am sleeping I will have normal conversations with them lol. I also used to sleep walk when I was little but I have outgrown that. Sometimes i roll out of bed and don't wake up. And I sleep like a ROCK you can move me any way you want or tickle me or anything and i wont wake up wich is why I no longer have sleep overs.

I sleep-walk almost every night. I remember I got up one night and I went downstairs and I took everything out of the drawers and cupboards and set them in a pile in the middle of our kitchen. Don't why I did it but it woke my mom up and she said I kept saying that "I have to find it" Another time, I got up in my sleep and I walked to my grandparents house across the street. I was very confused when I got up, I also scared my grandma really bad.

I also seem to talk in my sleep and on occasion I will start singing, random songs that I don't know the words to, but I know them when I'm sleeping.

Re: does anybody else do weird things in their sleep? - April 15th 2011, 04:19 AM

I apparently can have full like on topic serious conversations with my mom while being asleep, and then not knowing about it hours later. It's really weird what she tells me we talk about :O

When I am dreaming I will say out loud what I am saying to a person in the dream. And when I am really really tired I snore pretty bad.
