As shitty as that is, I'm pretty sure it's in the rules that anything someone else does on your account is still your responsibility.

I don't know exactly what transpired but regardless what happened, it's your account no matter if you use it or if your small brother uses it. Change your password, e-mail given on profile, e-mail password, etc... .
I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.
