Exclamation How not to be a hypocrite - June 8th 2011, 05:51 PM

So as the title say, how can you not act as a hypocrite. How can you change from acting like a hypocrite, to not.

A hypocrite is one who acts contrary to their professed values and beliefs. For example when you judge someone harshly and then later do exactly what they did that you condemned.

So it's simple, stop judging people and act according to the beliefs and values that you set for yourself.

Don't contradict your words with your actions? I'm not sure what more there really is to it than that.

Oh, that's easy!

Don't say anything; don't do anything.

I mean, you know, if you never say anything and never do anything, then you can't contradict yourself. Granted, of course, you would probably die, but hey, it works.

Stop contradicting your words/actions, simple as really. It may be hard to start with but if you really want to change, you'll manage to do it.

I would say watch yourself and what you say. Judging is apart of human nature but catch yourself when your judging someone out loud and your actions after your words.
