Creepy Dream

Okay, call me crazy but the dreams I've been having are scaring the living hell out of me. I can't quite remember how long ago the first dream was but it was at least 2 or 3 weeks ago.

First Dream:

Everyone staying in my aunts apartment [Me, my mom, my 2 sisters, my 2 brothers, my aunts 4 children and of course, my aunt] had some kind of spirit or copy of themselves. My siblings and my mother were the only ones in my dream. They had good spirits. The spirits were cleaning the house and stuff. But I had no idea where mine was. I walked into the bathroom adn looked in the mirror. There was a girl standing next to me but you could only see her in the mirror. She was pale and had dark dark brown eyes, [looked black] her hair was black as well. She said nothing but only stared at herself. I reached my hand out to the side to touch her or see if she was real. In reality, my arm streached as far as possible but in the mirror, my hand was resting on her shoulder. I screamed and ran from the room.

That was when I woke up. The next dream I had was last night [June 13, 2011] and I fell asleep at like 4 am.

Second Dream:

It was me, my mother, and my little brother. My little brother was in my room asleep. My mom and I were sitting on the couch watching tv. For some reason i could see the hall from where I was sitting [normally you cant] and I saw the girl from the first dream walking back and forth as if she was living here and doing things around the house, going from the bathroom to my aunts room, back and forth. I got up to wash dishes and then she stopped in the doorway and just stared at me. I was freaked out because she looked like she was possessed or just evil. [She looked kinda like the grudge or whatever, you know pale, long black hair, white dress, that kind of stuff] then she disappeared. The dream skipped to later that night when we had to go to bed. I had to sleep in my aunts bed [idk why] and her room was arranged differently. it was bigger and her bed was up against another wall. It made me scared because I knew the most activity would be in her room, where I slept... alone.

I awoke later and was too afraid to get out of the bed, though my brother was laying in the bed across the room. How weird is that?

Wow.. They are creepy dreams. I don't like nightmares. I don't blame you for being scared.

Yeah. Tat was sooo scary. Like I barely get to sleep. I stay up all night and sleep for like 3 or 4 hours during the day.

This might not work, but I find that I get fewer nightmares when I sleep with the light on. Just a suggestion, I dunno if it would work for you.
