I'm not sure why that would be happening, but since you are wanting LiveHelp, I thought I might suggest PMing one the LH Operators (the users in the teal color). Feel free to PM me, too. So you have gray hair and you're only 26

Well Kelly had a good idea just PMing an LHO (Live Help Operator), and I am so we can PM if you want since Live Help does not seem to be working for you.

Katy,
If you are experiencing LH difficulties, as the others' have stated, it may be good to PM a LHO and maybe submitting an 'issue' in the bugs/suggestions section.  Just keep following the heartlines on your hand. |

Was LH labelled as 'Online' when you clicked on it?
If it was, then I advise you to submit it as a Bug in the relevant forum, and/or PM a LHO such as myself  <3

I logged in Ok from the operator side, but I clicked on it from here to check it while it was offline and it directed me to the chat room. Is that supposed to happen?

Thanks for all the replies, it did say it was online when i clicked for help. And thanks to all who said feel free to PM them, sometimes i just dont want to bother people as they may be busy doing something else. But i will def think about using the PM to a LHO
