Keep organized? -

Does anyone have any tips to keep organized with a busy schedule during school?
I have softball every day after school. It depends on what time we're done the time varies, depending on whether or not it's a game day. When that ends I'll have basketball. I'm on the academics team, which we have games every wednesday. I also go to church every wednesday at 7. I'm in 4-H, that meets once a month, and we will do community service every once in awhile. I show animals, that takes a lot of time, considering I have to train them and all that goodstuff. Not to mention homework, and I have a few classes where I will ALWAYS have homework, unless there's a test. Plus, I have my boyfriend that I have to see cause it's very hard to go without seeing him. ![]() So can anyone help this busy schedule? |

I would say get a planner. So you can write down where you should be, and what you should do. It will help you remember. At my school we are required to have a planner in order to use a hall pass. A planner can help you remember what homework you have in certain classes. Then, start putting a certain time everyday on when you can do your homework, and if you don't finish your homework in one night, wake up 1/2 half earlier to finish it. After awhile it won't see like a busy schedule, it will start to seem like a routine. Best of luck to you! Don't forget to have fun!

Prioritize the events in terms of what is most important and necessary for you. Homework and studying should, in my view, be at the top. The other events (excluding seeing your boyfriend) should be ranked in terms of importance also. If you have to struggle with your boyfriend because you two cant be together all the time, if he's pissed about it or if the other events suffer since you're taking up time with him, I'd explain you would want to see him less often for the reasons above. If he is pissed about that, I'd dump him curbside.
Also, think which events you can skip if needed and won't have severe consequences. For example, if you skip going to church for any week(s), the consequences are minor compared to not going to a game or doing homework/studying. Keep this in mind as you plan because you may need to drop something on the fly and cannot juggle everything at once. After that, get a large agenda (not one of those small ones) so I can write a lot of stuff in it since you probably will have to. Allot extra time than needed for events in case it takes longer to finish. If you finish on-time or earlier, you have a short break so you won't feel as pressured to jump right into the next thing, unless you desire to do so. I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.
