first time ive every cried -

A week a go is the first time ive ever cryied
 and it felt good to just let out i would just hold it by i dunno i just broke down but i feel like i needed it and it helped do you cry if yes how do you feel after ? if you don't wanna say anything its cool i just wanted to tell some one i cried |

I think crying is good. I mean, I don't like the actual act but it does let out so much. Sometimes in a way it kind of helps me sleep because it leaves me tired after. I cry more often than I'd like to, being an overly emotional person.

I cry occasionally. I used to cry A LOT when I was younger because i'm pretty sensitive and emotional. But, i've gotten better with not doing it that much. It is good though, it helps me relieve stress.

I rarely cry, but when I do, it feels good to let it out. Afterwards, I feel pretty good and even at times less stressed out.
