It has been 1 month since a last SH. This is the third time I have made it to the month mark but this time it really seems like an achievement and I really feel like I am leaving SH behind as I don't have urges as often...and when I do get a urge it isn't as strong as they used to be which means I can beat them....This 1 month also means alot more to me that the 2 previous times I have reached it as I have been through and still going through alot...I had a messy break up...I was bullied last term ( hoping that will stop when I go back to school on tue after eatser break) ... my best friend had a break down and things at home have been very hard lots of arguements between my parents and older sister about stuff not about me so Im not going to post that ( its hard to talk/ type about) and alot of other things on top of that so reaching this month mark is massive and I am soooooo happy I am now aiming to beat my current bp of 42 day anf from there 2 months etc...

Elizabeth, that is such a great achievement! It's surprising how many people reach milestones like this and don't feel like they've achieved anything, but you know you've done a really great thing, and you're willing to acknowledge that, which is really good.
You know you can do this. You've already shown how determined and dedicated you are. So, keep it up, and good luck! Nothing in the world is the way it ought to be. It's harsh, and cruel. But that's why there's us - champions. Doesn't matter where we come from, what we've done or suffered, or even if we make a difference. We live as though the world is as it should be, to show it what it can be. |
