Well yesterday I was having a clean out of my room, I happened to come across my books that have been riddled with unhealthy quotes, pictures, and unrealistic ideas of what I need to be like to be perfect. Food diaries, pages of calories in food from fast food restaurant, and everything in my own kitchen, my weight each day was recorded in these books and I even had a list of food I could not touch!

Well...I RIPPED IT ALL OUT AND BIFFED IT

Haha cya later stupid book that tells me I can't have chocolate and ice cream! How ridiculous. God its only now I look at that and think how incredibly horrible that experience was and now im majorly happy to be back in the real world!
