As of yesterday it has been four years since I have cut myself. I am really happy about that. Although I do self-harm still in other ways I still think it's a big accomplishment. I owe a lot to my friend from camp because she has stuck with me through the hardest times of my life and she believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. So it has been four years I was supposed to go out to dinner and celebrate yesterday but my sister had a special Olympics thing and after that I was so tired we decided we would go out tomorrow.
As the smoke clears
I awaken, and untangle you from me Would it make you, feel better to watch me while I bleed? All my windows, still are broken But I'm standing on my feet LOVE=LOVE NO MATTER WHAT |

wow great job thats a good accomplishmet not the easiest thing to do maybe one day i will get to 4yrs i havent made it to 1 but im still trying

Wow. Total and complete congratulations. I don't care what anyone might say, that is a huge accomplishment. It takes a lot to go one week, and then 4 weeks and then a year and then 4 years. That is amazing. Congratulations! And I hope you make it for the rest of your life.
Risk something, take back what's yours. Say something that you know they might attack you for. Cause I'm sick of being treated like I have before.
