Test Exam — Frazzled! - April 25th 2017, 08:24 AM

I took a 2 hour exam this morning. It was hard! I just barely finished in time! I was getting worried as time was running out and I still hadn't solved the final problem.

It's hard to stay calm when only the entire rest of my life depends on passing this exam!

Well the test is over and I can't do anything about it now. I think I passed. I hope. I don't know what the result is. Not sure when I'll find out.

But I'm still frazzled even though it was 12 hours ago!

I've tried meditating, taking my anti-anxiety pills, twice now. I've noticed the only thing that helps is talking with people. I'm happy when I'm with people and I'm talking with them. I'm unhappy when I'm not with people. Pretty simple formula there.

Well it's after midnight so I'm going to attempt to go to bed, again.

(I sure hope when I get a job they don't hand out timed exams every morning! Like, "Here's today's exam. The entire rest of your career depends on passing this exam!")

It definitely is scary when you take such an important test. Try and do as much as you can to distract yourself until you get the results, even if it's just something like cleaning for now. We are our own worst critics and I best you actually did just fine!

Talking to people sounds like a good distraction for you! It's also good that you are confident you passed. I think exams can be very draining but I hope you were able to get some sleep and feel a bit better soon!

I definitely know the feeling! The worst part about exams is waiting for the results! I feel as though since you feel like you passed, then you probably did. You have to keep your head up! Everything will work out.

stronger than you seem,
