People are so dumb lol

I live in student accommodation, and share one kitchen with 10 other guys. On top of that there are three other kitchens on our floors, each with 10 more people, and anyone can pretty much walk into the other, although they don't usually. ON TOP OF THAT, Wednesday night is very much a going-out night for students in the UK, at least around here, so you'll get even more people just walking in and out, stopping by to pick up friends etc.

They usually disappear around 11pm to go clubbing, and come back 3am maybe. Usually get drunk first, because it's cheaper for them.

It's also cheaper for them to leave two almost brand new ipods 120Gb each and a speaker system probably worth what both the Ipods are worth together just lying in the kitchen.

Madness. I took the Ipods to my room. I do intend to return them... similar stuff has happened 3 times in the past month, usually someone leaving their phone in the gym changing room. I understand people occasionally forget, but this is so stupid. I'm tempted to even keep the Ipods thinking that the guys they belong to probably won't even notice they're missing or don't even care... but I have an ipod myself and I damn well know they're hard to live without.



Could have been almost anyone else picking them up, and I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't return them.
