 been having bad days at work lately, I work at a recycling plant and the Operator on my line is a complete fucking jackass... Every fuckin time the machine doesn't run the way he wants it to he throws a fuckin fit and takes it out on his workers on the line. He's screwed me out of a job already and he's tryin to fuckin do it again... It's taking everything in me to not punch him in his fucking nose. Sorry about the language but I had to get it out :/ |

I'm really sorry that he puts the blame on you guys. Sometimes you'll just have to deal with workers like this. I would just try your best to block him out and just think of the money you are making. Just because he says it is your fault, doesn't mean that it is.

i would block him out if i could but I can't seeing as i have to listen to him.

Is there anybody above this Operator guy? If so, I'd report his behaviour to his superiors. Talk to others on your line and, if they share the same sentiments about your Operator, all of you should present a complaint to the Operator's superiors. It's not fair for you all to endure abuse at work, and that's what this sounds like.

Many people have complained about him before, supervisors have talked to him and a few of the people that complained were fired a few days later... He twists things around to get people fired if they complain about him.
