So, this isn't a rap itself but a suggestion, this is just one though.
Maybe she can find a way to take a negative and turn it positive? In other words, perhaps she can start out with sort of describing how difficult something like bullying is but also send the message that you don't have to be alone.

Hm. I write a lot of poetry so I might be able to help you write something that she can say with a specific beat if you're interested. I've got a few rhymes in my head already.
