i rarely do, but i know it helps me alot when i do regularly.

I try to write everyday because it is helpful. Some days are busier than others though. SO I would say everyday with the odd one missing.

I found that writing out all my thoughts and feelings was only making me dwell on and dissect every little bad thing and when I stopped doing it, I felt a lot better and got more positive about everything. I only do it very seldom.

I dont write in one anymore. I used to but then I started getting freaked out that somebody would read it so I switched to an online journal and taht lasted for a couple months but then I stopped.

I've never done well keeping up with one.

BUT
That really all depends on how my week has been going and such.
Sometimes its like that but most of the time I try for everyday.

Once in a while, when I want to remember something significant. But I wont write down really personal stuff about it because I'm paranoid about people reading it.

I used to write a lot more, maybe a few times a month back in 2005 when I had a lot more going on and fewer ways to cope with what I was going through. But as I transitioned into college I had a lot less time to dwell on my problems and started writing less.

Now I don't write very often at all, maybe twice a year for documenting purposes in a way. Sometimes it's nice to go back and read 5 years of thoughts and see how much I've evolved and matured.

I used to keep a diary and write in it just about everyday, but now I don't. Mainly because if I try to write about my day I end up writing a whole shit load and my hand starts to cramp up really bad and I have to stop. More like an excuse than a reason, but oh well.

I can't keep a regular diary. I always just forget to write in it. Now I use the blogs on this site as a form of diary but I will only write something there a couple of times a month.

I try to do at least once a week, but it really depends. There was a time where I acutally missed 5 months somehow. Sometimes if I'm really busy I won't get to it and other times I want to write it all down. I actually like to go back and read through it sometimes too.

I don't own a journal. I'm kind of unorganized, anyways.

Usually about once a day.. I have a couple of different journals / blogs, for different things (one for running, one for stuff related to recovery, one where I post negative stuff etc). Depends on which one I'm writing in really, but most are once a day / once every other day.
