HelpLINK.
Though I am a bit biased.. I like HelpLINK because I know the quality of the advice because I spend a lot of time on there. LiveHelp was never really my thing, but the LH team are really good too! I like both, but HL more. ![]() I was looking for a breath of life For a little touch of heavenly light But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh |

Theoretically, I prefer Live Help, hence why it's my primary.
I rarely ever ask for advice from anyone anywhere, so the most I ever look for is really just someone to talk to when I'm having a worse day than usual. Live Help does that. When it's online, that is. :/

I prefer HelpLink, hence the reason it is my primary :P I spend more time on HelpLink but I think both are very good for offering advice and both teams are excellent

I've used LH because I like the immediate advice that can adapt to the situation in real time. I've never submitted an HL request, but the mentors do a really good job.

Having never used either, I can't really judge. But I have been able to see all the advice given, and I think Live Help is best for immediate advice, but HelpLINK is better for more in depth and lengthy advice.
I think it depends what you're looking for, but both teams do amazing work [: "Life is pain, anybody that says different is selling something" ~ Fezzik's Mother, The Princess Bride. ♥ "To die, would be an awfully big adventure."~ Peter Pan "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it." ~ The Buddha 14-04-2010.
