If you could make your country what would it be like?What would you name it? What kind of ruler would it have? What type of government would it be and what type of rights would your citizens have?

The Sovereign Democratic Socialist State of Ohiowa (spanning Ohio to Iowa, including Indiana and Illinois).

It would take far too long to explain all of the points, but some of the finer ideas.....

- Universal healthcare funded by the government, but with an option to opt-out in favor of private care & insurance
- Taxation of religious institutions
- Nationalization and standard pricing of electricity, heat and water services
- Higher taxes on the wealthy, and additional tax bracket classifications for high-income, high-asset citizens
- Financial penalties for plaintiffs of obviously frivolous dismissed lawsuits

And plenty of others that I'm too lazy to type and/or explain.

I would rule the Acheronian Empire with an iron fist. Nations would crumble before my unstoppable armies. They would sweep across the face of the world, burning cities to the ground and bringing back treasure and captives to lay at my feet. All would tremble in the presence of my dread majesty. And once the whole world had submitted to my will, I would set forth to conquer the stars themselves.
