The Advent/Holiday Challenge

As Thanksgiving passes and Christmas draws near I am constantly being reminded of the many blessings I have in my life. This year has been an especially tough one for my family. My dad fought cancer, our finances have been limited, my grandmother moved in with us, my other grandmother passed away back in March, I've had some medical issues I've been dealing with, my half brother recently had an MRI on his brain to check for tumors, and my fiance left in January for training for the US Navy.... Among other things...

Yet, with all of those very difficult situations, we have been so very blessed. I graduated from college (I'm the youngest, yet I'm the first of my siblings to do so) Dad won his battle with cancer, my grandmother who passed away is still looking out for us and taking care of us even in death, my medical issues look like they're finally coming to a close, I finally saw my fiance after 10.5 months and our love for each other is stronger than ever, and we're finally getting the wedding planned.

I have been so very blessed this year, even through all of the struggles. Because of these many blessings, I have decided to create what I call my Advent Challenge. For each of my little blessings over this past year, I have decided that I am going to give a little blessing to someone else this holiday season.

This is where you all come in! I need some ideas to keep this going because I have a LOT of blessings to give.
