Oh my god - so I'm aware that relationships are all different, but here's my honest opinion: You've really bought him all of that?! I can't tell if you mean to give him one of them or all of them. (cd, book, etc) If all, that does not read like a first christmas together to me unless maybe you met on the first of january and it's been just about a year. Even then it feels a bit overboard to me... and personally, I wouldn't bother with adding on either the lingerie or a jumper. But that's just when I think about the relationships I've been in/those around me..
How all out is he going? Because yeah, you don't want it to be one sided, but at the same time, you're young and don't have loads of money... eta - Sorry, reading back and aware this reads as kind of critical. It's not so much criticism as surprise, I promise. Whatever you end up doing I'm sure he'll love it - and good luck when you move in! |
