Teen Angst (Survey for School Report)

Hey, I’m a college student who has also used this site countless times in the past and know how important anonymity is. I’m doing a study on teenage angst and school violence among high schoolers. The survey can be completed via facebook, leaving the results confidential to only yourself and the survey creator (me). Thus, you don’t have to worry about anyone you don’t want finding out your results nor do you have to have it listed in your profile. This way secrecy is ensured.

The survey contains sixty questions, m/c, and should only take a total of five minutes to fill out. One note about the survey TAD stands for Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs – for the question just state which one you use most, if you don’t use leave it blank. The questions that don’t relate, also leave blank.
