Today I was out shopping and I dropping a shopping bag full of expensive perfume without noticing. A man who clearly did not have a lot of money ran after me all down the street to return it to me. GMH

The other day I was invited to the movies with two friends, one of which I had gotten into a big fight with a couple months back. I figured it would be awkward between the two of us, but I had the most fun I have had in the longest time. Her willingness to forgive me for the way I hurt her gives me hope.

You know what gives ME hope?

What gives me hope is the fact that I visit this site everyday and everyday I see people from all around the world coming together. People giving up their time to help other people. People caring about each other. People supporting other people and giving all that they can. People sharing their journey with everyone else. People going through really difficult times and making progress, making it out the other side. People loving each other, becoming friends, best friends.

The fact that there are so many amazing, kind, friendly and supportive people in the world who are willing to listen and give to others GMH.

I broke off a friendship a few years ago, unintentionally. I took sides in an arguement without meaning too. Today I got a letter from the guy who stopped being friends with me. It said "I'm sorry, it wasn't your fault. I miss you." And inside was an open ended ticket to go and see him. His forgiveness gives me hope in other friendships that have drifted apart
