I fed 11 geese this morning. Then got one in my lap. ...Then named them all.

I came home after having to go get MORE tests done at the hospital today ( -.- ) and found a total of 11 geese chilling across the street. So, me being the crazy lady I am, went out there in my baggy, punk, uncaring about life or cute cuddly things clothes and fed them like. half a freaking loaf of bread. (Or 4 pieces, that too.) I managed to get most of them really close to me, took a few pictures, got a few to eat out of my hand, even got one in my lap.

... Then I named them all.


There was Butch, he was a bully to the other geese and chased after them a lot. Then Steve, he's the one that crawled in my lap. Sort of. I think he was just really hungry, kind of a small dude. Then there was Talkie, he liked to talk a lot. Made lots of little noises in his throat, and was the first to really honk. Then there was Sally, he (yes he. I've decided they're all boys in my mind, even if they have a girls name) was funny. Got him to eat out of my hand as well. Ben was a pretty chill guy, didn't get that close. Same goes for Burns and Bill, though Bill did get pretty close as well. Rosemary was sweet, I got him to eat of my hand as well, but she was really careful about it. Sally was pretty snappy when he ate out of my hand, and may or may not have tried to eat my phone. Gunther hissed at me, but warmed up to me later. Butch might have hissed a bit too, not much though. None of them hissed when they realized I was feeding them. Fluffy was always puffing up his feathers, especially in his neck.
